I can't believe he let me do it, either! Kodee's 8 mos old, and I finally broke out the toothbrushing kit I bought 3 mos ago - the toothpaste smells nice and nasty, so I figured he'd love it. I didn't expect it to be so easy to brush his teeth, though!

For those of you who brush your dogs' teeth, how often do you do it? I was thinking I'd shoot for Mon/Wed/Fri...

(If you'd have told me a year ago that I'd be brushing a dogs teeth, I'd have laughed myself half to death...)

Congratulations! Luca doesn't mind getting his teeth brushed. I ususally do it once a week...but more often would probably be even better. If you can do it three times a week, that would be great.

My vet (the dentist) says I'm supposed to do it every day. But it takes plaque 48 hours to turn into tartar, so I figure every-other-day is good enough. Realistically though? A few times a week.
