I hate the comment that the office made after he shot the dog. How insensitive. I can't believe this. RIP Rosie. I'd be raising money to sue, too.

I read the police report. Makes it worse. What a bunch of yahoos. That poor dog was tortured - tazered twice and shot four times? I thought cops shot to kill. It would have at least been humane if he had killed the dog with one shot. And to think someone had called the police, because she was afraid the dog would be hit by a car.
