"People are not the only victims of hard times. When someone loses their home, so does their pet. This is the case with a nice adult male german shepherd named Rusty. Rusty is an 8 year old purebred dog. he is good with other dogs and children. If you can help Rusty by providing a foster or permanent home so he does not end up in a high kill shelter, call linda at 917-319-4304 or email as soon as possible to [email protected]. Thank you." Plus he lives with a CHINCHILLA!!!

Poor Rusty!! Can someone take him in?? He's in the NYC area, not sure if he's actually in NY or NJ, though. Since he's 8, I'm sure he wont do well in a hi-kill shelter!!!

No information given on whether he's been neutered, but this dog certainly seems to have a lot of potential (good with children and smaller animals).

I can donate to an approved rescue to help with his expenses.

Please send me a PM if help is needed.

I just emailed to see if he could stay with me for the time being.
I have the room here. I would just need someone to help me adopt him out.

I forgot to add.
After June 1st, if he doesn't have a place to stay, he will be urgent & will be in a high kill shelter.
