Anybody have an experiences with Nutrena Loyall Life dog foods? I am currently looking for some more cost effective options for dog food that doesn't have any chicken, chicken fat, or chicken by-products. I found a few flavors of the Loyall Life that have none of the above but am wondering as to the quality of the food as compared to others such as Taste of the Wild or Earthborn Holistic. Any opinions or insights are welcome and appreciated!

It's made by Cargill, a company that makes livestock feed. The quality of ingredient
sourcing might potentially be lower in a "feed manufacturer" product -- but that's very hard to check. They've had some livestock feed recalls, but none under this Loyall dog food label (they had an aflatoxin recall under a different dog food label a few years ago):

The lack of recalls on Loyall is at least a good thing.

If you can upgrade to TotW or EH, I think I would. Or if that stretches the budget, what about Costco's Nature's Domain? It's made by Diamond, alongside ToTW, and pretty comparable to it...but less expensive (I think it's around $30-35/bag in the warehouse stores):
