I'm out of town for a week and so I left Kali with my folks. They totally adore her and know how to take proper care of her.

Today my mother told me she only eats a little bit of her food. She usually eats the whole bowl. I feed her 2 scoops of TOTW with a little of the wet formula. She isn't lethargic or anything, My mom says she must probably miss me.

Is it possible that she isn't eating as much because I'm away from her?

Probably! She won't starve herself though, she'll eat when she needs to.

our girl Mandi will barely touch food if we are staying the weekend at someone elses house. we have no idea why...i guess she just isn't comfortable enough there to chow down

Added to her sadness is the possibility that she is not getting much exercise.

The only time Shadow has been away from us is when she's been at the vet. While there she wont eat, pee or poop. The techs wanted to keep her longer mostly because she wouldn't toilet for them, thank goodness the vet knew to send her home, it was all just anxiety.

Your girl will be fine, she's just missing her family.
