I have recently started supplementing my own diet with nori, which is dried seaweed pressed into sheets.

I have found some that is made only with seaweed, no added salt, MSG or other unnecessary things. It is made in Japan, and is the texture of paper. Since Hans loves to tear up any paper he can find, I decided to try and top his food with it. He absolutely loves it, and it is nutritious.

Thought I'd let everybody you know, as this is a really good thing to add to the diet. I also bought some dried kelp at the Asian store. Going to try that, too.

For those who don't have an Asian store nearby, Amazon has different types of Nori. Here's one from Hawaii that has only seaweed in it. 50 sheets should last a long time.

I don't eat any grains at all, including rice, but I eat fish every day. As an endurance athlete, salt is not a concern for me since I don't eat any processed food.

Yum! I need to order some almond flour and macadamia nut oil anyway, maybe I'll throw this in. :)

Edit--wait! I'll just go up to Trader Joe's on the South Hill. Win!

It is a burst of spicy when you put it in your mouth, and then it fades away. Completely and totally addicting. My 10-year-old loves it.
