Newbie - GSDs run in my family

Hi all. Since I was born many moons ago, every generation in my family has had German Shepherds. I've been spoiled living with dogs as smart, athletic, perceptive and entertaining as GSDs. I'm reminded how special German Shepherds are every time I visit my son and his happy, clumsy, jumping, licking, untrained, shedding popular other breed of dog.

I cheer those who have rescued adult Shepherds. They are wonderful animals. For those with new puppies, I enjoy them through photos and stories. They are so cute and funny, and grow so fast. I'm looking forward to reading your posts here.
