Years I had two small female dogs that were inseparable, even slept in the same kennel. UNTIL the Chi/mix wanted a ball that the Yorkie was next to,and she attacked her. We could never trust them again, we tried supervised meetings but it was like a switch had flipped. Thank goodness she was little and easy to pick up and put in a kennel. Hope this isn't true for your dogs, but wanted to share.
