We recently adopted a Golden Retriever/ German Shepard mix, Ranger. He is almost 10 weeks old. After looking through some of the forums on here he definitely takes after his German Shepard mother. He constantly is biting and nipping, you cannot even pet him without him trying to bite you. I understand this is "normal" puppy behavior however I cannot even walk without him attacking my legs and feet. I have bruises and scratches on my legs from him biting. Is there anything we can do besides wait for him to go through this phase? He has toys and I try to give them to him when he's biting me to substitute but he has no interest in them. It's to the point where our 6 month old baby cannot be near Ranger as he will bite the baby's hands and feet! I try to reprimand him but he doesn't listen to a word I say. I need some advice! Thank you!

Welcome to owning a puppy...Many things you can do .... It all depends on how much effort you are willing to put forth..... that same effort will be needed to raise & train your puppy...
