It has been a long time since I fed an all raw diet. The new pup wants little to do with kibble.
She came here at 4 months old weighing 23 lbs. Seemed pretty small.

I am feeding her 1 lb of ground meat a day...beef or lamb. I also give her 2-3 chicken wings or a thigh.

Just added some bits of liver yesterday.

Does this sound like enough? She has grown and I will take here for a weight tomorrow.

I read not to give too much liver due to possibly too much Vit A. I do not see any other organ meats at the grocery though.

I would feed close about 1.5 to 2# split between 3 meals a day.
Can you order some kidney from a butcher or meat market?
At her age she should be able to handle chicken leg 1/4's.
Wings are pretty boney and full of skin. Raw eggs, yogurt, green tripe are nice additions to the meat.
I would start with supplements too, vitamin C, E and salmon oil...
