Jean, I don't have all that information. I just received it from a friend who has worked extensively with Kori, so I thought I'd pass on the information. Great question though. I'll email and see what I can find out.

Thank you for your inquiry ! let me give you a little of my background and then tell you what I am able to do for your shelter/rescue or self. I have been doing rescue for over 7 years as a transport coordinator first for Brightstar German Shepherd Rescue based in Rochester NY (no longer with) & I am now the transport coordinator and trustee of the board for BlueMoon Meadows Rescue also based in Rochester/Avon NY. I started my business just recently and I am working to build my clientele. Presently I am working on purchasing my truck and should have that in the next few weeks, but I will have to have it customized to meet USDA regulations before I can begin to use it. Any dogs/cats that go on the truck transport will have to be quarantined for a period of two weeks prior to transport as well as they must have a valid rabies vaccination and health cert plus their bordatella vaccination, and be on flea/tick preventative. I PREFER that they be quarantined for 2 full weeks prior to transport, and when I get my truck on the road, it will be MANDATORY that they are quarantined before transport so there is as little chance as possible of any cross contamination. We are very detail oriented people and will take every precaution we can, but as in anything, there is never a 100% guarantee. Presently, the way I am working and doing transports is by coordinating volunteer transports nationwide, or I set up flights (only if asked). There is no set route that I follow. I transport where I am needed and TRY to do door to door if possible. When I get my truck on the road, there will be somewhat of a route, but again, I will do my very best to accommodate everyone. I charge rescues $100 - $150.00 per dog (depending on length of transport), and in turn I use that fee to give drivers gas cards that otherwise cannot afford to volunteer. I do reference checks via telephone on all receiving rescues prior to arrival date of any animals. If you are sending a dog to a (APPROVED)forever home, I do charge more and I would have to give estimates on a case by case basis. I am only one person starting out with my husband and a friend, so I have to rely that if the dog is going to a forever home, I have to trust that YOU have taken the proper precautions and done a thorough background check, home visit etc.
I am a USDA registered Intermediate Handler so I do have to follow their guidelines very strictly as I do not want to lose my registration. I am also certified through FEMA for Animals in Disaster Prepardness modules A & B and I am working on furthering my certs through FEMA to be better able to help during time of crisis/natural disaster.
If this sounds like something you may be interested, please let me know and I would be willing to help in any way that I can. I would have some paperwork for you to fill out before I can begin to arrange transport, so if you are interested in obtaining my services, please let me know asap. I am able to provide numerous references if you would like. Thank you very much for your inquiry, and I hope to work with you sometime in the near future. Thank you for everything you do for the animals !!!

I am always happy to speak directly with individuals who would like to get a better feel for myself and for my business, so please feel free to give me a shout !
