I just saw that NB has 2 new formulas. One is a Lamb and Brown Rice and the other is a performance formula. It's called Ultra Active, looks to be a pretty good food, but I'm sure it's expensive!! I would add the link for the ingredients but I don't know how to do that!!

I was feeding Rocky NB and it wasn't any more expensive the most of the other premium foods.

I feed NB to my two and a 28 pound bag costs me $48 bucks and it only lasts 2 weeks. I happen to think that's expensive especially b/c of the bag size you get.

when you want to feed the best don't worry about the cost. NB is one of the best. there's lots of them out there. i think the best foods are all in the same bracket. a dollar here less a dollar there more. it's like buying the pure breds, the prices are pretty close. as far as knowing the ingredients of the food, we can go to their web site and find out or go to the pet store and read the label. our dogs and other pets deserve the best. sometimes we have to sacrifice to make that happen. go for the best and don't worry about the cost because it's all going to work out for you and your pets.

That is crazy ... what a price difference!! But, I guess it's like everything else these days ... prices are increasing every place. Gas, groceries, etc.

And, yes I agree that NB is one of the best and I continue to buy it regardless of the high cost b/c my pups love this food and they do very well on it.

AL Girl, the price I quoted was from Petco. Not sure where you buy it from but if you buy 10 you get one free. Wondering if you could get the same food for less buying it online.

Oh that's very exciting to hear about the lamb (hey Jean.....did you see that?!!). Gracie loves the lamb rollarounds (the treats) as well as the lamb roll for tracking. I'll have to check the ingredients. I don't know how much it is here.
