New bed

Went to Costco today and got Arlo a new bed. Walmart sells decent ones for $40 that are eh I think.

This one I got at Costco today was $17 and is like a pillow so you can wash the outside case as it will get dirty. Huge at 48" around and plush. Great design patterns and stiching is good and looks very well done.

I highly recommend.

I have bought quite a few of the costco beds, lol and they are nice especially because you can remove the outer case and wash. Unfortunately both of my dogs outgrew even the biggest one so we donated them to our shelter, but definitely a good buy compared to pet stores or other places we looked:)
Ooh I'll have to check them out, I've been looking for a bed for Remi that isn't a million dollars and/or hideous. If they have one in chocolate brown and blue I'm sold! Thanks for sharing!
They have some chocolate brown one. We almost got that..
I haven't purchased a dog bed in a long time. I saw an idea at a dog show recently that I am dying to try out though!

You all know the "no-sew" fleece blankets, right? Well, I saw dog beds made out of them! There were some that were simple throw's for crates, but others were the "double no-sew" fleece blankets and they were stuffed to make pillows/beds for the dogs.

I thought it was a great idea! Nice thing is you can get exactly the color/pattern you want (cause you bought it) and exactly the size for your dogs, no matter how big/small they are :)
I will have to go in and get one since Rambo recently decided to eat his and tear it apart.

Nice! Great idea  an cheap incase they tear em up
I love the Costco beds and get them regularly because the price is so reasonable, and they're really attractive. But, after a while they sort of flatten out, and if the innards get wet, well you can't do much about that. So, I have another bed I love. It's made of memory foam like my Tempur-Pedic mattress and shaped like a mattress, and it has a zipped plastic liner and a nice pale beige outer zippered cover that washes beautifully. It's not as pretty as the Costco beds, but it lasts much longer. The dogs love both beds.
