Hi there i wanted to share our new baby COOPER with all you he is so sweet we took him home yesterday morning he is 7 weeks and 2 days old his paws are huge im guessing he will be some big we are over the moon in love........ im just wondering about his ears is there anything i should know

He is a cutie!
His ears will stand when they stand, sometime after teething is done. Petting his ears is fine. Proper nutrition and healthy, safe chews will aid in getting those ears up. Over the next few months they will go up, down and all around. Expect it, enjoy it. I call it the signal stage. They point left, right, across, up, down depending on the day.
It's funny I never worry about ears, don't even think about it and I don't believe I have ever raised a pup whose ears didn't stand. It seems the people who stress about them end up with the ears down or tipped.:laugh2:
