Well, I was contacted by AGSDR and I just agreed to step up and save this guy. It was his last day.
They think he is 1.5 years old...fence jumper (owner had him in a chain link yard) and apparently he has been escaping on a regular basis for the past 6 months. Not aggressive- just shy and scared at the shelter where he has been for sometime. Too scared to be put out for adoption, but a lady that works there has been working hard to get him saved. They call him "Leo" at the shelter. I feel like I'll have this guy a while before he is ready for his forever home, but I'm ready for the challenge.
Congratulations! I have my first foster as well. It can be challenging but then you look in their eyes and know you have saved them literally from death and realize you will get through whatever comes.
Hey guys! :dancingtree::snowmen::dancingtree:
Pardon the all caps title, I wanted to make sure everyone saw it and had the chance to join in if they're interested. ....and I might be a little excited! :grin2:

My wife and I are expecting early next year and our male dog Grendel has gotten obsessed with my wife. Sticks to her like glue.
We typically commute together so most days we obviously get home at the same time, and he’s been barreling out of the crate like it’s on fire to find her. He’ll knock...
