I imagine he's sleeping exactly where he wants and if he was too cold he'd be sleeping inside on the blanket.
My male GSD doesn't sleep in his kennel
Just wonder is this normal for a 4 month old dog. I have a nice dog house with a blanket for my "king" at night but he doesn't sleep in the dog house. He just slept outside the kennel on the concrete. Just afraid he might ....catch cold. Is it normal?

It isn't normal for a four month old to be sleeping outside alone . . . should be in the house with his family. GSDs get very bonded to their people and have a high pack drive. Being isolated, especially at such a young age is cruel, in my opinion.
