My baby minpin girl got spayed today. Thank god no complication occured. When I picked her up from vet office, her eyes were so runny, probably she cried a lot, I'm feeling horrible to do this to her...I can see her pain from her face, her looks...God forgive me...

The put a lubricated drop on the dogs eye if they are using an Inhalent Anestetic (sp).

Aww bless her...I'm glad she's doing well though! What method of operation did they do was it lazar or traditional cutting? Hope all goes well!

It was laser, no stitches..she is doing good..thank you all

Dogs don't close their eyes when under anesthesia so a lubricant is put on their eyes. I am thinking that is what it was and you were not told that when you picked her up. Don't feel badly. You did the right thing for her health and she'll be good as "new" very soon (it took my dog about 12 hours to start running around again LOL).
