This is my 18 month old GSD girl named Heidi. She is my first GSD rescue and she is such a wonderful dog. She is of the west german WL and soooooooo smart. We have just started schutzhund with her last fall and will pick it back up in the spring. Besides the border collie I owned many years ago she is one of THE smartest dogs.
I was able to locate her breeder thru the tattoo in her ear and I keep in contact with her. I am Heidi's 3rd owner and I got her when she was just 12 months old. Her other 2 owners said she had anxiety issues and they kept her drugged. What they didnt know was all she needed was a job to do as she is a WL shepherd. She has no anxieties with us at all.
