Thunders Travel crate is metal bottomed and he often slips over on it, is there a way that I can make the surface less slippery that is safe for him. As its a travel crate, I am concerned he could slide over in a bad way when he is in the car. The other crates we have are plastic and he has no trouble with those. Unfortunately this crate is the perfect size for the car, but I can't find a plastic bottom for it.

I am thinking of gluing some lino to the bottom of the crate, but I am concerned he will attack the glue == bad

what about those things you put on the bottom of the bathtub? They stick, but are pretty flat, so he couldn't chew it off.

I helped our K-9 guy line the rear seat of his squad with "skater tape." Not sure on the proper term, but its almost like a very fine sand paper. Some of our guys put them on their guns as well to help with the grip, but not tear up their hands.
