Plz cross post for this very pretty dog. If you're not in Atlanta, Henry Cty is metro Atlanta. She looks sad. Can you put a smile on her face??????

Nina is a gorgeous white German Shepherd Dog who has not seen the kinder side of life. She appears to have had an ingrown collar, she is quite thin, and it looks as if she has been a mother several times. We hope Nina's life is about to improve drastically! If you are willing to give Nina the kind of home she deserves please come meet her today. She is ready to be spayed, fattened up, and brought inside to sleep at the foot of your bed.........or better yet, in your bed! (770) 288-PETS. THIS IS TERRIBLE!! I have a dog that when it was found hit by a car and carried to a vet for care, had at one time had an embedded collar. The vet tech who found her thought she was wearing a red collar!! What's wrong with people!! The whole animal abuse thing seems to be getting worse too!!

My friend called on this girl too, and she is trying to pull her. She would rather find a rescue to take her on, and would be happy to foster. She may just outright adopt her if no one steps up. This girl is on borrowed time.

If a rescue is willing to step up, she is willing and ready. Just pm me and I'll get you in touch with her.Quote: I just called them- the white GSD with an embedded collar is definitely still there and her time is up any day- her stray hold + two days is over so she could be euthed any day. I called and gave them my number and told them to call me if they think she's going to have to go immediately but said we are working on a transport and pull for the weekend. If any of the dogs gets sick, they euth immediately to try and keep infection to a minimum- that includes kennel cough

She has a foster and needs a rescue to step up for her. The rescues are always looking for more fosters so here is someone willing...........

Another update. My friend called again today, Nina is still there. She is picking her up Saturday, as an adoption, since she still has not heard from any rescue to pull for her, and does not have a rescue license obviously. She will foster her, but is still hoping for a rescue to jump in and list her and cover medical expenses. It's not too late!
If you know of a rescue that is willing to help, please let me know, and I will pass the info on to her.

We have a definate on getting Nina by Sat. Please let me know if you find someone to pull and hold, so I know where to pick her up.
