Kaiser is almost 1.5 years old and is not neutered. As I was giving him belly rubs tonight I noticed a lump on one of his testicles. Its not hard per say (I have nothing to compare it to though), is the size of a dime (maybe penny... didn't exactly measure), but it doesn't appear to bother him. The other testicle has what looks like a raw spot on it...not sure if its irritated or the start of a second growth? Ill take a picture in the morning but wanted to post now for information. Hes young...so surely its not cancer...

Vet isn't open till Monday.

If it is not giving him any irritation, I would wait until Monday and go to the vet. If it is an infection, do not let them do surgery while it is infected, treat the infection first. When he is free of infection, you can choose to neuter or not. I suppose it could be cancer, bloodwork might be in order. Check with the vet. It may be something quite simple.
