The sun comes in and hits the wall in the morning, Jack was walking by and stopped and backed away from the wall.....cocked his head to the side and then walked towards the wall again, after he saw his shadow he backed away and started whining!!

Anyone else's dog have this issue? haaha

That's so cute. Elmo has not gone after his own shadow, but watch out if he sees his own reflection. We have a bookcase that has glass doors where he'll see his own reflection, or in the fireplace or sliding glass door. His hackles go up and he just watches the reflection. It's as if he's thinking "Don't make any sudden moves buddy. I've got my eye on you." My husband says Elmo is probably thinking "Who is that handsome fellow?"

Sometimes, he'll start barking. If I go over and try to calm him down, he shows me the reflection. I crack up every time.

Jesse did that at 8 weeks old when we first brought him home and saw himself in the mirrored doors, then tried to make friends with it and then lied down and slept with himself.

Thought I would post the pictures of him sleeping with himself (mirror) within the first hour bringing him home for the first time

Awwwwww!!!! I was going to ask if you took pictures. The poor baby probably missed his litter mates.

That cat is Brianna, she is a [censored] disturber and teases Jesse to get him to chase her then jumps up somewhere high and then taunts him and he starts barking and gets in trouble.... Funny thing now that he is 8 months and getting bigger she has limited high places she can get up to to get out of his way....

grrrr on censor - I am sure you can fill in the blank.
