My father approached me a year ago with a burden on his heart. He wanted to honor the memory and service of the dogs he trained and handled in Baghdad, Iraq. I had heard many of the stories however I was not prepared for the total immersion into my fathers thoughts and fears. It was eye opening and I must say jarring. My dad has always been my hero but he went even higher in my esteem after this project. The final result is a book published a few weeks ago and its receiving great reviews!
