Today I took Echo (4 year old female GSD) and Ruby (2 year old female Shetland Sheepdog) to a friend's house. My friend was having a garage sale and several pals were hanging out to keep her company. Echo and Ruby were PERFECT...we walked in to where everyone was sitting under a canopy. The dogs went from person to person, greeting and being petted, then settled down in the middle of the circle. Folks came & went, money changing hands back & forth, lots of strangers..some even brought dogs (we saw yorkies, a golden mix, a springer spaniel, and even a beautiful great dane). No reaction from either of my dogs at all, other than curiosity and interest. Several folks commented on how well behaved the dogs were, and the dogs were more than willing to let folks talk to and pet them all afternoon. What great ambassadors of goodwill!!!
