doesn't mean they are trying to kill us. Play can look VERY scary but when you learn to ignore what you think are seeing as aggression (the growling and the teeth and possible the pain from those puppy teeth on your flesh) and instead make the mental shift to that is how they PLAY.....we can then calmly and patiently start to teach how to play with rules.

I've been asking people to put up videos of their SCARY puppy playing and so far have



but I'm hoping all of you with those SCARY PUPPIES will get out your cameras and add more!

Lisl has never been vocal while playing. I've never heard so much as a growl from her.

She saves it for people at the front door.
