Hi all,
I just wanted to post this... we wont know until she is full grown if this will be a constant reaction but it was great anyhow!

I have probable MS - since 2006 I have had many seizures, including focal, mal petit, and grand mal. We call the focal seizures "space outs" as I just kinda go silent for 2 to 10 minutes - I can drop off mid sentence, I can just stop walking, or anything else I may be doing.

Well we were preparing to go to the store yesterday to pick up puppy food since I FINALLY decided what I wanted to feed her lol... I got ready, put her harness on and she went and laid down in her kennel. Next thing I know she is beside me (I was sitting against the bed on the bedroom floor to put her harness on) nudging my hand and my husband is kneeling in front of us with his hand on knee and petting Jordan!

Apparently when I "spaced out" she ran in to the kitchen and started nudging my husbands hand, then ran back to the bedroom and laid beside me!

We praised her loads and gave her a "jack pot" reward + a bit of extra fetch time after I came out of it and had understood what had happened.

We hope she continues this behavior when I space! : )

I just wanted to share. Sorry the post is soooo long : P

I'm so sorry you are having medical issues. Way to go Jordan! I truly believe animals have senses well beyond what we humans have. She will only get more and more in tune with you and what is going on. What a wonderful gift!

Thanks! We are hoping she has the right temperament to be trained as my service dog since that was the reason for getting a pupp- so far she shows great ability...and senses. She is very very smart and listens well for a puppy (only 13 weeks old).

That's great!! It's amazing how much they do on just instinct alone!
