My female GSD just turned 4 months old and she only weighs around 22 lbs. She has been dewormed and has had almost all her shots, Is she underweight? We feed her twice a day and i would love if i could get an answer!

Are you able to post pictures? If so, please post one of 'looking down over your dog' so we can see her from the top angle. Also, a side shot of her standing would be great. Finally, do you know how tall she is (at her shoulder)?

If it's any consolation, at 17 weeks and 2 days, my girl was 28lbs. She was 25lbs at 16 weeks. She's 56-58lbs now at a year. 22" at the shoulder.

I dont have any images at the moment as i am at work, but she is around 14-15" at the shoulder.

The term "Underweight" implies that she's skinny. Hard to tell if that's the case without pictures, you'd probably be the best judge since you can see her in person. A smaller puppy at an appropriate weight for her size is going to weigh less than a larger puppy, but that doesn't necessarily mean she's underweight.
