I recently stumbled across a tracking app called Tracking Book, available on iPhone. I'm not sure about Android. But it keeps count of your steps, the track, amount of articles you lay, cross tracks, and weather for the day. It logs the information and you can see which articles were successfully indicated. Obviously not a necessary thing, but for $2.99 it doesn't seem like an awful investment if you're looking for a tech savvy way to keep track of tracking, lol.

I checked for one in Google Play Store. Didn't see it. Too bad.

That one must be for the real fancy people, Steve. That's a whopping $8.50.

I use the Mantrailing app. It gives weather, distance, shows your trail/track and you can import tracks from other tracklayers and overlay your track to see how close... There are many other features for $5 a year... Been well worth it for SAR practice and even missions (although I use actual GPS as well)
