DH and I took Jackson to Lil Helly's swim practice last night....sat in our chairs outside the enclosed pool area..brought water, chew sticks, snacks and a poop bag (for the dog, not DH)...anyway, Jackson is on his leash, laying between our chairs chewing on his stick....lady walks up with her little girls and some little fluffy dog....Jackson's ears perk up and he is just looking....that's all..no barking...no straining...just looking at the pup.....fluffy pup is straining on her leash and Mom says "Don't let her get near THAT dog"

I smiled and said "He's very friendly...he won't hurt her" and she just sneered at me....I WANTED to smack her and say "Lady, wait a few months and my dog will can eat your dog in one bite"

but I didn't....

LOL Helly you should of. I can't stand when people make assumptions like that. If your pup was doing something wrong it might be justified, but she ws the one with the agressive little fur ball.

eww people like that irritate me so bad. i wouldve been like "wanna see a trick? my dog can bite you on command. wanna sneer at me now?!" lol. i don't think we've gotten any funky looks yet.. but the majority of dogs around here are huge.

That would have irked me too. Good put down for the little dog owning twits, always makes them walk off like I just called them a sideshow freak 'She's amused by little dogs. I don't think she knows they that they're dogs.'
