Kali is recovering from a hip flexor strain.. it is going SLOW, but she is getting better. Right now, we are doing stretching, massage and ice 2-3 X a day. I know that when i have back strain I have found heat to be useful to loosen up the muscles. The thing i cannot remember is whether it is ice first, heat second or the other way around.
anyone have any experience with this?
