Wolf has developed a hygroma on his left elbow. Has anyone ever had this just go away? I read that it is far worse to drain because of risk of infection. He chews up all of his crate beds and prefers to sleep on the hard floor instead of a bed so cushioning the sleeping surface is pretty much out of the question. I also have read that there are "donuts" that can cushion the area, but with his "mouth", I'm thinking that that would last maybe 2 secs. Thoughts and suggestions welcome.:help:

I had one removed once... big mistake as it never healed well. The other elbow developed one also. I left that one alone and it eventually went away. Once the dog got older, she would let a soft cushion live for awhile but she still prefers the hard wood.

There are some fairly tough elevated beds out there that might be of help!
