You can use bitter apple spray to make the leash undesirable, drop the leash when she starts biting (and walk away ignoring her) and leave the leash on her (supervised) while you're inside so she can get used to it.
How old is your puppy and where are you walking? Puppies should not be going on walks until about 16weeks when they get all of their shots. They can pick up parvo and other dangerous diseases before then that are fatal.
I would walk pretty fast, even bounce or hop along, give some treats, change directions often, run the other way, anything to keep your pup's mind off of that leash! Very very cute puppy you have there and it's completely normal to bite the leash- and everything else! I usually say 'eh eh'- the international no no signal.
