have/had a puppy that spazed out all night, wanting to go outside every 10 minutes and whineing most of the night?? it was the first time i have seen this behavior from him and it was annoying

i thought it mighta had something to do with a lunar eclipse..he acted like this the night we had the eclipse..he did not go potty he just wanted to go out all night and acted kinda funny..the day before and after on he's been normal....im kinda supersticous about that kinda stuff. he's perfectly healthy so that kinda rules it out
my puppy was weird that night too.
