This x ray was taken last week of Jasmine who is 3.5 years old. The vet said it was severe and wouldn't pass OFA.
How bad is it?
We received her DM results and luckily she is N/N.
what do u think?

I don't like the looks of those hips. I've seen xrays posted of more severe but those aren't far from the others I've seen posted.

LOL for sure those would not pass OFA. The left side (the dogs right) is pretty severe, the right side is not as bad but not good either.

That's what I was afraid of.
We went to the vet today for a rash and diarrhea treatment and we asked about in a few years getting the left replaced but he said he didn't know if they would both need to be done or just one.
It's something we are thinking about doing.

Agreed with everyone. They aren't good. No chance those pass.

Maybe speak to an orthopedic specialist and see what they recommend.

We are moving to a bigger city and have looked at going to see an orthopedic specialist.
Do you think this can cause any pain at this age?
She doesn't seem in pain but she doesn't like to be super active so I'm wondering if this is the reason.
