Some stuff I notice right off the bat; The left hip has a thickening of the femoral neck, the right femoral neck isn't as bad. Both femoral heads are not smooth and circular, and flatten slightly in the socket which isn't ideal. Ideally, the femoral head is round and smooth and rotates in the joint smoothly.

In terms of positioning, which can alter how the joint sits in the socket, its hard to say... the hip looks probably positioned but what do the knees look like? Is the knee cap center of the joint or rotated either too far in or too far out?

IMO, don't panic yet and check again at 24 months of age.
