My dog Shadow is an all black german shepard he was born on new years eve so he is 8 month's old he just recently started throwing up his food even when he drinks his water he throws up. Any advise is greatly appreciated thank you

Since Shadow can't even keep water down......he needs to see a vet or go to the ER now...please don't wait for a "diagnosis" on this forum or anywhere online the sooner he gets medical attention ..the better

Important facts - dog not able to hold down food and water

this is pretty serious . No matter what you need to go to the vet.

you said this has been a recent change ? how long has this gone on?

is the food spoiled with mold ? what is the food.

does the dog get treats -- does the dog get raw hide chews.
has the dog eaten some foreign object - a sock , a toy , chunks
of recreational bone -

baby in the house? a diaper --- not far fetched - dogs can get
themselves into trouble in all sorts of ways

get the dog to the vet --- you may be dealing with a blockage --

Get him checked out at the vet's office as soon as possible. It is helpful to have an idea what you may be dealing with by asking, but as much as we'd like too, there is no way to reliably diagnose or treat a dog via the internet. Wishing your pup well.

Agreed with the others. If a dog can't take water, that's a red light and a trip to the vet has to be immediate. Keep us updated.
