Hello my name is Dan and I live in Northwest WA on Whidbey Island. I am a DoD contractor, love the outdoors and couldn't think of a better place to live to be honest.

My dogs name is Ze'eva Li'ora (Hebrew for 'Female Wolf' & 'Gods gift of light to me'). Ze'eva is a 14 week old long coat GSD. She is an amazing puppy but extremely strong willed and hard headed at times. She loves walks on the beach, hiking and everything about the outdoors. I honestly couldn't ask for a better dog!

Once she gets older my plan is to get SAR handler certified and train her to be a wilderness SAR dog.

Here are some pics of Ze'eva.

I will post more pics in the pic thread if you guys want :) I have hundreds already!

I will for sure! She is doing great for obedience so far. She knows 'sit', 'down' and can somewhat 'heel'. Working on 'leave it' and 'quiet' right now also.
cute puppy

great area. don't live anywhere near, but visit Bellingham often
welcome. that 3rd picture is priceless.
Just took this pic this evening at the beach... we went on a few mile hike to the beach at a local state park. She found a log to dig a hole next to and then decided to take a nap in her hole...

I love Whidbey Island. I kept hoping to win the WA lottery so I could move there. Then I moved here.

Welcome!
