I have been all over the country / world and Asheville is one of the greatest cities I've ever been to. My second mother, God rest her soul lived in Burnsville, Yancey County. (both of us originally from the City of Philadelphia)
Asheville is a very cool city. Just visited and stayed a week at Grove Park Inn. The Basilica there is something to see as well as the local pottery and art. Fun city with a lot of personality. Must be fun to live there! Welcome aboard.
Hi, I'm temporarily in the foothills in Rutherford Co. I go up there once a month. I'll be under the Carolina Blue sky until Oct when I go back home to Arizona's endless stars.
The mills are all closed but my high school still goes.
