OK, so thanks to the help of a few of you guys!!!!!! lol We have the Incorporation papers done and we have them in hand. Now, we are trying to get our 501C/non Profit status done, and it has been a whirlwind. My head is spinning, have been reading and reading and reading and more reading. Can someone simplify this... kind " dumb it down" for me. I just can't seem to grasp the entire process and I was supposed to have the papers ready to be filled out and sent by the weekend... but I know we will have to split the cost of whatever fees.. ugh. I have used the IRS website and it's all just a million different pages, so if someone could break it down for me to help me get ths done faster, I would really appreciate it!!!!!
