For Phoenix, the Facial Alti was not working because it causes some "uncertainty", a feeling of being trapped. We then opted for EsayWalk Harness, which allows as good, or even better control, while keeping his face free.
Sometime, he hesitates to put his harness on, but once set, he totaly forget it.
It's a bit ridiculous question, but do you ever correct her using the Alti? We did not know the impact it had in the beginning and we did that mistake... Have you tried to play out after having put the harness? And remove it within seconds after? Maybe puting the Alti on randomly, from time to time, without especially going for a walk or a ride, could desensitize her???
