Gunner has a soft fuzzy coat except for a patch on his back down his back is rough, even after I give him a bath it feels a bit rough. He’s 4 months old. It this normal .

What a cutie! The puppy coat is soft and fluffy they do eventuallly loose that young fluffy puppy coat get a more coarser fur.
