Be careful.
Rather than wrapping the leash around her snout like that (not only uncomfortable for Suki, but she can’t pant to cool herself off) keep the ankle biter at a safe and respectful distance.
A Chihuahua has no business getting in the face of a GSD. (No, not even playfully.)

Cuties. Is that a head halter if so they can pant but stepping on that leash and forcing her down like that will only make her uncomfortable and tense.

It's a halti done so she has full range of motion to pant, drink, eat ect and I didn't even realise I was stood on it, shes always quick to tell me if she wants to get off lease. They're the best of friends and were playing together on their walk. Suki even gave him her bone.
