Amazon.com offers free shipping for orders over $25 and book prices are the same or less.

Many books can be ordered at your local Barnes & Noble or Borders store etc. and you can pick them up with NO shipping involved.

I'm in Australia and I would also recomend dogwise, I got my order here in a week and I haven't got that for deliveries of books which are supposed to be in stock here.
