Looks like the link didn't work. Here's the story:

DESERT HOT SPRINGS, Calif. - An eight-month-old German Shepherd from California is an Internet sensation after getting a little too curious.
The pup, named Rebel, got his head stuck in a wall after peaking through an 18-inch hole. Rebel’s head was sticking out one side of the wall, with his legs and body left on the other side.
A neighbor saw the dog crying for help and called animal services. To get the dog free, an employee with animal services pushed his ears down flat and helped Rebel maneuver his head back through the hole.
The dog is doing just fine, but the photo of his unfortunate situation has gone viral online.

That's so funny, I literally just watched this on the news 2 minutes ago.

Yet another reason not to leave your dog unattended outside. Poor pup could have really hurt himself in a panic. Thank god those neighbors called for help, rather than just waiting for the owners to return home.
