Mili, as with the previous GSD in the post I commented on, it sounds like she's cow-hocked. NOTHING you give her in the way of supplements is going to change that! DO NOT let your vet convince you to pay tons of money for supplements and injections: they will do NOTHING other than line his pocket!

Dogs with this problem benefit from regular exercise to build their growing muscles and joints. I am guessing from your photo that you live in the tropics, possibly India, so exercise is going to be difficult due to the hot weather. You will have to take her out either very early in the morning or after the sun goes down.

A dog as large as a German shepherd can't get proper exercise just on a leash, so you need to find somewhere where you can let her run off leash. Swimming and walking in sand is good exercise for young, growing dogs, as there are no hard surfaces to stress their growing joints.
