He is much, much too young for you to be worried about his ears. Leave them alone and let them come up when they are ready. Several of us here have had pups that didn't have erect ears until the dogs were 9 or more months old. You have at least another 6 months before you should be concerned.

Interfering with them can cause damage, so I'm not a fan of doing anything to "help" ears stand. It can do more harm than good.

Don't worry if they come up, flop back over, stick straight out, or do any of the strange things that puppy ears do. None of that means they won't some day stand and stay there.

Remember that ears standing is normal and their not standing is rare. Give them a chance and stop worrying.

My dog was 5 months when the ears are completely erect. 12 months is still young, very normal for the ears to be floppy. Up one day... Down the next

Gonna be fine. Just don’t mess with his ears and don’t let other dogs mess with them either.
