I adopted my Zoya in May and she has bad fear aggression towards other dogs, it doesn't matter what size they are. She wants to kill them. Any advice?

Train her so that she is to ignore other dogs in all situations, and only focus on you. You will need a high-level of personal commitment to working with her on a daily basis and work with a good balanced trainer in gradually increasing distractions to get her reliable. This is a long-term project, but it can be done.

Question: when this behavior happens is she almost always on leash!
