My 1 year lockdown baby is not socialize enough and is always barking at people and stray dogs when going out for a walk. He's constantly insecure around people.

He does not allow anyone inside our house and trying to bite if anyone comes near me or my wife. Too protective.

We love to travel; but because of him we are not able to go anywhere.

What to do. Need guidance.

You really need to get a trainer to come and help you out. I highly doubt he’s being protective; he’s much more likely afraid and insecure. You need to get control over him before he actually does bite someone, and a trainer can help you with that. In the meantime, do not allow him nearby when guests come over. Crate him or lock him in a separate room. He does not get to decide who you invite into the house, you do.

I second what @Pytheis said, you need a trainer before someone gets hurt and the dog is the one punished. He's most likely not protective but fearful. When guest come over he should be locked away to ensure no one is bit.
