Male GSD overall healthy. Was diagnosed with Lyme 3 years ago but was successfully treated to date. Feeding Taste of The Wild Venison and Bison. Is on Heartguard and Frontline. Is vaccinated for Lyme annually. Coat is dull, shedding most of the time and bitting and scratching but has no fleas. Lost whole tail. Has red stained feet between pads that have odor. Ears infected often and in need of constant care. Allergies are my suspicion but to what? We already have him on grain free food? He is basically an inside dog. Very spoiled but the best. Love your suggestions and recommendations!:help:

Have a thyroid test run. I think allergies are there, but the thyroid may be off too. One of my dogs with allergies has the red stains, chronic ear issues(environmental allergies-rawfed). The coat is what makes me suspect more than the allergy problem.
