I drove out to this shelter from Maryland in early August and pulled 5 dogs. It is a very rural shelter that is over crowded, they do the best they can with what they have. It is run by 2 women. It was a 7 hour drive one way, I did a return trip in one day. Unfortunately my schedule now is too full to make the drive again at this time. If anyone knows of transport from the area we would certainly consider taking them in.

You have to continue to call them as there are only 2 women in charge of the entire shelter. If they are in the kennel area they cannot hear the phone. I just continued to call until someone finally answered.
